一、设备简介

1. Introduction

本设备用于检测气动执行器的传感器输出信号是否符合预期准确性和线性度。主要由测试台、触摸屏、电源开关等组成。

具有低功耗、操作简单等特点,可适用于多种传感器输出信号的检测判定作业。

This equipment verifies whether the sensor output signals of pneumatic actuators meet the required accuracy and linearity. It consists of a test bench, touchscreen, and power switch, and supports multiple signal types.

(一)开机与测试前

4.1 Power On & Preparation

  1. 连接电源适配器和电源线,打开电源开关。
  2. 在触摸屏上选择显示语言及执行器型号。
  3. 点击“回原点”,设备将自动执行寻零动作。建议每一次测试前都做一次回原点。
  4. 准备放入执行器。
  1. Connect the power adapter and cable, then switch on the power.
  2. Select the display language and actuator model on the touchscreen.
  3. Press "Home" to let the device find the reference zero. It is recommended to homing before every test.
  4. Once the Drawbar rests at the homing position, you can install the actuator.

(二)执行测试

4.2 Running a Test

  1. 将待测执行器放置在测试基座的定位套上。
  2. 将执行器插头插入对应的传感器检测接口中。
  3. 将压爪从压爪座的两个方形孔中取出,插入主拉杆腰形孔并顺时针旋转 90°锁定。
  4. 点击“测试”,等待测试完毕。
  5. 读取结果:绿色“OK”为合格,红色“NG”为不合格。
  6. 逆时针旋转压爪 90°并取下,将压爪收回侧面收纳孔内(勿使压爪悬空);取下执行器,完成检测。
  1. Place the actuator on the test base at the locating sleeve.
  2. Connect the actuator cable to the corresponding signal socket.
  3. Lift the U-Head clamping arm out of the two square slots in the receptacle. Insert the U-Head into the slotted hole in the Drawbar, then rotate 90° clockwise to lock.
  4. Press "Test" and wait for the cycle to finish.
  5. Read the test result: green "OK" = pass, red "NG" = fail.
  6. Rotate the U-Head 90° counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the Drawbar.
  7. Return the U-Head to the square slots in the receptacle — do not leave it unsupported. Remove the actuator.

如何判读测试图像:横轴为测试行程(mm),纵轴为执行器信号输出百分比。合格的执行器信号曲线为一条贯穿全程的斜线,且始终保持在两条红色上下限线之间;曲线超出红线则判为 NG(不合格)。

保存配置功能:

  • 长按屏幕上方的普拉沃夫 Logo 约 3 秒,当 Logo 右侧的指示灯亮起绿色时松手,可将当前型号设置保存为默认预设;
  • 继续长按,直至指示灯变为红色时松手,则恢复出厂设置并重启设备。

Reading the test graph: The horizontal axis shows the test stroke (mm); the vertical axis shows the normalized sensor output (%). A passing actuator produces a diagonal line that stays within the upper and lower red limit lines across the full stroke. If the line crosses outside the red lines, the result is NG (fail).

Save Configuration feature:

  • Long-press the Pra-Wolf logo at the top of the screen. Release when the indicator light on the right side of the logo turns green (approx. 3 s) to save the current model selection as default.
  • Continue holding until it turns red to restore factory settings and reboot.

六、故障排除

6. Troubleshooting

序号故障类型排除方法
1批量执行器被测信号直线度良好,但是信号不在合格上下限范围内;进入设置页面调整"起点"参数,使曲线左右平移,直至落入上下限红线区间。
2压爪螺栓松动;使用对应内六角把手拧紧固定即可;
3主拉杆无法移动或显示“堵转”可能是主拉杆的运动总行程超过设备上限,通常关机重启即可

7. Safety & Maintenance

(一)安全注意事项

7.1 Safety Precautions

  • 使用本设备前需优先确认电源线插头和电源插座是否匹配,禁止使用不匹配的连接方式。
  • 本设备的额定使用海拔上限为 2,000 m,请勿在超过此海拔的环境中使用。
  • 请勿用猛力插入或拔出电源线和电源适配器线。
  • 请勿在火源旁或者易燃、易爆气体旁使用本设备,此设备为非防爆性测试设备。
  • 不建议在高温、低温、高湿度、或者多灰尘等极端环境下使用设备。
  • Verify power plug compatibility with local outlet standards before use. Do not use mismatched connections.
  • This device is rated for use at altitudes up to 2,000 m (6,562 ft) above sea level. Do not operate above this elevation.
  • Do not force the power cable or adapter during insertion or removal.
  • Do not use near open flames or flammable or explosive atmospheres. This device is not explosion-proof.
  • Do not use in extreme environments (high or low temperature, high humidity, heavy dust).

(二)日常保养

7.2 Maintenance

  1. 设备保养时请先关闭电源,拔掉电源线插头,防止触电。
  2. 使用前用清洁软布擦拭测试台表面;必要时准备少量洗洁精加水,用软布蘸水擦拭(严禁液体流入设备内),自然晾干后再使用。
  3. 切勿直接用布擦拭灰尘屏幕(灰尘颗粒会划伤屏幕)
  4. 清洁屏幕时需将少量清洁液喷在清洁布上,用微湿的布单向轻擦屏幕,如有残留水痕则用干燥的超细纤维布轻轻擦。
  5. 请勿用腐蚀性液体清洁设备表面及屏幕。
  1. Switch off power and unplug the power cable before maintenance.
  2. Wipe the test bench surface with a clean soft cloth before use. If needed, use a soft cloth dampened with diluted mild detergent (do not allow liquid into the device). Allow to air-dry fully before use.
  3. Do not wipe the screen with a dry cloth (scratch risk). Spray screen cleaner onto a clean cloth and wipe gently in one direction. Dry residual marks with a clean microfiber cloth.
  4. Do not use corrosive liquids to clean the equipment or screen.
